We combine yoga and meditation with scientifically based insights from psychology.

You will learn to recognize your individual stress symptoms early on, reduce your stress with effective tools, change the way you deal with challenges and align your mindset with personal growth.

A highlight of our retreat is a canyoning tour designed to expose you to (positive) stress. Through powerful vinyasa yoga, meditation and rest periods, this experience strengthens the connection between you, your body and your self.
